Job summary

LP Building Solutions in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Organizational Development leader to drive the people excellence strategy across succession, development, learning and leadership.

You will build competency models, partner with business teams to identify talent needs, and lead performance and learning initiatives including SAP SuccessFactors. Hybrid: Office/Remote with some travel.

• Lead an integrated talent strategy across businesses.
• Oversee succession planning for ops, sales, and functional areas.
• Manage development programs and learning initiatives.
• Oversee SAP SuccessFactors learning module.
