Equitable is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join the Learning & Development team. You will develop and facilitate content and curricula aligned to enterprise skills, leadership development, business acumen and ways of working skills to grow enterprise capabilities and drive employee development with proprietary intellectual property.

The role works in a hybrid model with on-site presence 2–3 days per week, collaborating with senior stakeholders to design data-driven, measurable

Formación

• 4+ years designing and developing training curricula and learning programs with experience leading learning and development training sessions in a corporate environment
• 2+ years working in an agile culture (iterative development, continuous improvement, minimum viable products, etc.)
• Ability to present complex topics logically and succinctly
