Resource Innovations, a leader in energy transformation, seeks a Learning & Development Manager to design and execute enterprise-wide leadership and talent development strategies. You will build scalable programs, guide succession planning, and partner with executives to strengthen organizational capability.

You will lead assessments and leverage learning technologies to drive growth, collaborating with HR to align learning pathways with career progression and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-wide learning & leadership development initiatives.
• Experience designing leadership assessment frameworks, talent review processes, and succession planning programs.
• Experience using LinkedIn Learning or comparable platforms to create structured career pathways.
