PNC is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Consultant to support multiple lines of business within Corporate & Institutional Banking. The role covers delivering and enabling learning programs aligned with business needs, based in Dallas, TX, and other locations.

The position emphasizes partnering with HR and senior leaders, applying instructional design, program management and data-driven insights to support employee growth and outcomes.

Qualifications

• University degree required, usually a Bachelor's.
• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Consults, curates, designs, develops, facilitates and/or advises on learning solutions.
• Partners with HR leaders to establish, monitor and measure learning priorities.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to deliver initiatives using project management, design and tech.
• Develops testing, deployment and communication plans for learning solutions.
