PNC seeks a Learning & Talent Development Consultant within its Human Resources organization. The role is based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, Downers Grove, IL or Birmingham, AL.

The role supports multiple lines of business by delivering and enabling learning programs aligned with business needs. PNC is an in-office company, not sponsoring visas, with a compensation range disclosed in the posting.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Consults, curates, designs, develops, facilitates and/or advises on learning and talent development solutions that fulfill business objectives.
• Provides career development guidance to employees and counsels managers regarding learning and talent strategies and best practices.
• Partners with business and HR leaders to establish, monitor and measure learning and talent priorities.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective initiatives, leveraging skills in project management, consultation, instructional design and technology.
• Develops and executes testing, deployment and communication plans, and maintains learning and talent solutions.
• Drives innovation by applying current trends, improving tools, and fostering a growth mindset.
