Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager – Strategic Learning Business Consultant to shape and deliver enterprise learning strategy across multiple business units. You will partner with HR and senior leaders to design scalable, learner-centered initiatives and measure impact.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and experience in learning strategy creation within a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

Strategic learning experience shaping learning strategy across business units.
Ability to translate strategic ideas into learner-centered experiences.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
Experience translating business goals into learning programs and outcomes.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and design thinking.
Comfort working in a matrixed environment and managing ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Partner with account executives, HR leaders, and stakeholders to define the annual strategic learning agenda.
Collaborate with business partners to maximize knowledge sharing and optimize resources.
Lead design and delivery of learning programs and iterate from feedback and data.
Manage multiple initiatives, project teams, and budgets.
Develop and execute measurement and evaluation strategies for learning outcomes.
Contribute to learner communications and external storytelling with insights.
