Responsibilities

• Consults, designs, develops and facilitates learning and talent development solutions that meet business objectives.

• Collaborates with stakeholders to deliver initiatives using project management, instructional design and technology.
• Develops testing, deployment and communication plans for learning tools and resources.
• Uses data-driven insights to assess skill development needs with senior leaders.
