Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Learning Performance Consultant to design and execute learning initiatives that improve performance for leaders and field teams. You will partner with field leaders, design high‑performance learning journeys, and ensure outcomes align with strategic business objectives.

Role involves coordinating with insights teams, mentoring designers, and staying current with Learning & Development best practices to accelerate capability growth across the firm.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in corporate learning, performance consultation, or similar role
• Advanced knowledge of Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, Assessment, Capability Mapping, and Modern Learning Experience Tools and Methodologies
• Proven experience leading firmwide learning and performance initiatives with measurable impact
• Understanding of the Financial Services Industry and Talent Management specialization

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted partnerships with business leaders to translate outcomes into learning objectives
• Lead strategy and design of learning initiatives within cross-functional teams
• Apply learner experience research and adult learning principles to optimize learning experiences
• Design research projects, measurement plans, KPIs, and feedback loops to identify opportunities
• Partner with vendors to curate resources for learning initiatives
• Mentor design teammates to ensure quality outcomes and talent development
• Stay current on Learning & Development practices and experiment with new applications
