Job summary

Edward Jones seeks a Director in Field Learning to lead strategy, design, and delivery of learning experiences that accelerate advisor and branch performance. The role partners with senior leaders, shaping multi-year roadmaps and investing in capability building across the firm.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive measurable behavior change, and ensure sustainable business impact through scalable programs and governance.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in corporate learning, performance, or similar; 3+ in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Knowledge of change leadership, systems thinking, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year Field Learning strategy aligned with business priorities and outcomes.
• Lead scalable learning and performance programs across advisor-facing audiences.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability needs and translate objectives into investments and delivery plans.
• Manage high-performing teams through direct and matrix leadership to build capabilities.
• Guide prioritization, resource allocation, and roadmap planning for maximum impact.
• Provide direction for senior leads overseeing design, implementation, and measurement of learning experiences.
