We seek a proactive Learning Designer to collaborate with SMEs and leaders, develop goals and curricula, and design varied learning programs across modalities to improve performance and business results. Join a team committed to safety, inclusiveness, and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field.
• At least 5 years editing, writing, designing, and developing instructional materials.
• Experience managing course or curriculum development projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and learning solutions.
• Develop goals, objectives, and curricula to improve business results and performance.
• Design and develop learning programs across modalities (instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, blended).
• Create engaging content communicating concepts, processes, and skills clearly.
• Oversee content development from inception to delivery with strong project management.
• Support learning lifecycle including needs analysis, design, development, delivery, evaluation, and improvement.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
