Responsibilities

• Establish trusted partnerships as a consultant to business leaders, translating outcomes into performance objectives.
• Lead strategy, design, and execution of learning and performance initiatives within cross-functional teams.
• Apply learner experience research and adult learning principles to optimize learning experiences.
• Design research projects, KPI plans, and feedback loops to measure impact.
• Curate resources with internal stakeholders and vendors for initiatives.
• Mentor design teammates to ensure quality outcomes and talent development.
• Stay current on Learning & Development practices and experiment with new applications.
