Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Learning Experience Designer I to design, develop, and deliver high-performance learning experiences that build learner capabilities and drive performance results. You will facilitate virtual and in-person training, partner with leaders, and employ human-centered design and AI-enabled solutions to create scalable, outcomes-focused programs across our U.S.

branches, with a focus on improving performance and learner engagement. This role is based in St.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering learning and performance solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including virtual learning facilitation.
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across teams and levels.
• Strong problem-solving using systems thinking, root-cause analysis, and performance consulting.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, learner-centered manner.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging learning experiences through virtual and in-person training, workshops, and peer-led sessions.
• Partner with business leaders and L&D to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that drive business results.
• Apply Practice Management expertise to create learning experiences that support Proven Practices and improve performance.
• Design learner-centered solutions using research, prototyping, and emerging technologies, including AI.
• Develop multi-modal experiences that encourage adoption and application of new skills.
• Monitor learning effectiveness using feedback and performance data for continuous improvement.
• Lead collaborative design and validation sessions for high-quality, scalable experiences.
• Stay current on industry trends to enhance learning strategies and outcomes.
