Collaborate with consultants, business leaders, and SMEs to design scalable solutions. The role includes prototype development, implementation, evaluation, and ongoing improvement while advancing design practices

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in instructional design and development.
• Bachelor’s degree or an additional three years of experience in Instructional Design in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex learning experiences.
• Apply adult learning and performance principles to solution design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable learning.
• Lead AI-enabled design, prototyping and quality reviews.
• Ensure accessibility and learner-centric experiences.
