Job summary

You will partner with leaders, HR, Talent, and enterprise stakeholders to design scalable solutions, drive adoption, and measure impact across the organization. Requires 7+ years in L&D/OD and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, Performance Consulting, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted consultant to business leaders, HR partners, and talent stakeholders on Learning, performance, and workforce capability needs.
• Diagnose business, performance, and workforce needs and clarify the outcomes the organization is trying to achieve.
• Recommend practical learning, performance, and workforce capability solutions and influence decisions without direct authority.
• Independently lead learning, performance, and workforce capability workstream for complex, cross‑functional initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Define measures that connect learning, performance, capability, adoption, and behavior change to business priorities.
