Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, Performance Consulting, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation, measurement, and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted consultant to business leaders, HR partners, and talent stakeholders on Learning, performance, and workforce capability needs.
• Diagnose business, performance, and workforce needs and clarify the outcomes the organization is trying to achieve.
• Architect scalable learning and non-learning solutions that address business and workforce needs.
• Independently lead learning, performance and workforce capability workstreams for complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Define measures that connect learning, performance, capability, adoption, and behavior change to business priorities.
