Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Senior Learning & Organizational Development Consultant to lead learning, performance, and complex organization-wide initiatives that strengthen capability and improve outcomes across the workforce.

Using strategic and performance consulting, you will partner with business leaders, HR, Talent, and enterprise stakeholders, guiding discovery through design, implementation, and measurement with executive-ready updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in L&D, OD, Talent Development, or related field.
• Experience diagnosing business, performance, and workforce needs and recommending learning/non-learning solutions.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery to implementation and evaluation, including change-adoption practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted consultant to business leaders, HR partners, and talent stakeholders on learning and workforce capability needs.
• Diagnose needs and clarify outcomes the organization seeks to achieve.
• Recommend practical learning and performance solutions and influence decisions without direct authority.
