Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, Performance Consulting, or related discipline.
• Experience diagnosing business, performance, and workforce needs and recommending learning and non-learning solutions.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement.

• Serve as a trusted consultant to leaders, HR partners, and talent stakeholders on learning, performance, and workforce capability needs.
• Diagnose business and workforce needs, clarify outcomes, and determine the appropriate solution.
