Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. seeks a Senior Learning & Development Consultant to propel AI fluency and responsible adoption across the enterprise. You will translate AI priorities into practical enablement solutions for colleagues, partnering with AI Transformation, Talent, Technology, Risk, and Communications teams.

You will shape enablement strategy, design solutions, support adoption, and measure impact, ensuring content quality and accessibility across learning platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Workforce Enablement, Change Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI Fluency initiatives across business segments and stakeholder groups.
• Diagnose business, performance, and workforce needs, then recommend appropriate learning and non-learning solutions.
• Design scalable resources such as facilitation guides, toolkits, playbooks, communications, job aids, prompt libraries, and self-service learning tools.
• Partner with AI experts to keep solutions current, and integrate AI Fluency into onboarding, leadership enablement, and workforce initiatives.
