Job summary

Confidential Careers in Chicago seeks an ambitious Learning and Development Manager to lead enterprise-wide L&D programs. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and SMEs to identify needs, design and deliver scalable learning solutions, and support a high-performance, inclusive culture.

You will manage large-scale projects, develop metrics, and drive impact across the organization with virtual, in-person, and blended programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
• Advanced degree in HR/Organizational Development or Education is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic roadmap for L&D programs including leadership development and compliance training.
• Lead design, development, implementation, communication and sustainability of centralized learning programs.
• Build and implement change-management strategies for new skills and behaviors.
• Determine training content for key compliance needs and ensure alignment with policies.
• Assess needs, co-create solutions, and align with organizational priorities.
• Develop course catalogs, manuals, visuals, and training presentations as appropriate.
• Establish succession planning framework and review plans with HR and leadership.
• Develop metrics to evaluate program performance, learner outcomes, and business impact.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery including content, vendors, and budget oversight.
• Support strategic projects including performance and talent-management initiatives.
