Job summary

PMA Companies is seeking a Sr. Leadership OD Specialist - Learning Solutions to design and deliver learning experiences that align with enterprise initiatives and organizational change.

You will translate complex business needs into engaging content and scalable performance support resources to drive adoption of new processes and tools. In this highly autonomous role, you will partner with leaders and SMEs, manage multiple initiatives from discovery to implementation, and continuously improve

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, organizational development, training, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing instructor‑led, virtual, eLearning, and performance support solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise initiatives, organizational transformations, technology implementations, or process improvement efforts.
• Strong instructional design skills and knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop effective solutions.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically and exercise sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor‑led, virtual, eLearning, and performance support resources that support enterprise initiatives and business transformation.
• Translate complex business processes and operational workflows into engaging, learner‑centered learning experiences.
• Develop scalable, high‑quality learning content using appropriate instructional strategies and learning modalities.
• Partner with subject matter experts to gather content, validate accuracy, and ensure learning solutions meet business objectives.
• Maintain consistency in instructional quality, branding, accessibility, and learner experience across all learning solutions.
• Continuously enhance learning resources to ensure ongoing relevance and effectiveness.
