Job summary

PACE Supply is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to design and deliver learning experiences across our employee-owned organization. You will partner with Operations, EHS, and leaders to create practical, scalable programs that drive measurable results and leadership growth across branches and departments.

In this role you will own the learning strategy, manage LMS operations, and develop career pathways while measuring impact with KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Education, Instructional Design, Business (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, ideally multi-location.
• Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership, technical, sales, onboarding, and operations training.
• Hands-on LMS administration including assignments, tracking, reporting & compliance.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute learning strategies aligned with business and branch needs.
• Conduct training needs assessments across corporate, divisional, and branch levels.
• Design scalable learning programs (instructor-led, virtual, blended, self-paced).
• Create competency models, career pathways, and curricula for operational, technical, sales and leadership roles.
• Administer LMS, track, report, and coordinate safety training with EHS.
