Job summary
The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to build and lead talent development programs across leadership and core competencies. You will partner with senior leadership and HR to design, deliver, and measure impactful development initiatives that drive organizational growth.
In this fast-paced role, you will oversee onboarding for new leaders, design blended learning experiences, and coach leaders to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, education, business, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in learning and development and leadership.
- Proficiency with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Rise) and an LMS.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership ability.
Responsibilities
- Strategic partnership with leaders to align L&D with business priorities.
- Design, develop, and deliver leadership, management, and competency programs.
- Lead onboarding for new leaders and go-to development coaching.
- Develop leadership programs and oversee talent development initiatives.
- Coaching, assessments, and development plan progress tracking.
- Measure impact and continuously improve programs.
