Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing learning programs in a corporate environment.
• Experience developing and facilitating leadership and manager development programs.
• Strong project management and program execution skills.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with an LMS or other learning technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with company goals and priorities.
• Assess organizational and employee development needs through partnerships, feedback, performance data, and inputs.
• Set annual learning priorities and programs based on organizational needs and resources.
• Develop scalable learning solutions for a growing workforce.
• Design, develop, and implement learning programs for all levels.
• Lead manager and leadership development programs and onboarding initiatives.
• Create resources to support career growth and development.
• Manage LMS and learning platforms; maintain content and metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to integrate learning with business goals.
• Track and report training metrics for compliance and business outcomes.
