Job summary

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Learning Delivery & Design Program Manager/Consultant V to oversee end-to-end learning programs that support business performance, workforce readiness, and organizational growth. This role partners with leaders and external vendors to align training with priorities and outcomes.

The position requires strategic leadership, change management, and data-driven decision making to improve training effectiveness across multi-regional initiatives and large-scale programmes.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years experience delivering cross-regional or multi-disciplinary strategic programs.
• Leadership experience with or without direct reports is required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; minimum eight (8) years in project/ program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs to drive business performance and workforce readiness.
• Oversee LMS administration, governance, and scalable learning frameworks across internal and outsourced teams.
• Partner with business leaders and external BPO vendors to ensure training aligns with priorities and compliance.
• Measure training effectiveness using performance metrics and identify capability gaps to support large-scale initiatives.
