Qualifications

• Healthcare training experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in the medical field.
• Advanced English; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Train clinical and medical staff in operations, policies and procedures.
• Support deployment of new centers and US expansion.
• Develop training materials and schedules for Clinical Staff.
• Identify super users and establish a learning network at locations.
• Mentor trainers and standardize training processes.
• Onboard new employees and manage onboarding training.
