Job summary

St. Luke's Learning & Development team is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, implement, manage, and evaluate innovative learning solutions that support workforce development, quality outcomes, and patient safety.

The role partners with leaders and stakeholders to align educational initiatives with organizational strategy, administers LMS content, and develops dashboards to measure program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in instructional design or curriculum development.
• Experience with multiple delivery modes: in-person, remote, online modules.
• Portfolio of previous work appreciated.
• Experience with digital development tools and graphic design software.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders to assess learning and performance needs via assessments and analyses.
• Identify root causes of performance gaps and propose learning solutions.
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning.
