Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field (Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related).
• Experience leading enterprise or cross-functional learning initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
• Proven ability to design and deliver corporate training programs and onboarding content.
• Strong strategic thinking, project management and governance capabilities.

ownership accountability.Maintain and optimize centralized knowledge repositories, SOP libraries, process documentation, FAQs, and support resources.Create sustainable processes for knowledge capture, updates, and cross-functional content management.Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and operational consistency.Learning Operations and Project ManagementManage multiple strategic learning initiatives simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and business deadlines.Build project plans, implementation timelines, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption
