Job summary

Wheels is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to transform business needs into engaging training for employees and customers. You will partner with SMEs, Product Management, and stakeholders to uncover needs and design impactful digital and live learning experiences.

You’ll apply accessibility and inclusive design principles, use AI-enabled tools where appropriate, and iterate based on feedback and learning analytics. This is a hybrid role in Schaumburg/Alpharetta with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or learning design.
• Experience managing learning projects from needs analysis to evaluation.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 and creating digital learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning needs and translate them into digital and live solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs, product management, and stakeholders.
• Design accessible learning experiences with clear outcomes.
