Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in adult learning or instructional design with 3+ years’ work experience, or a master’s with 1 year.
• Must have at least four years’ experience in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development.
• Strong experience in learning design for hybrid environments using synchronous and asynchronous methods.
• Proficiency in Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong experience facilitating collaborative workshops.
• Working knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and cognitive behaviors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted learning advisor on effective, leading-edge learning solutions for a hybrid environment.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate business needs into learning specs.
• Lead end-to-end design, development and delivery of curriculum plans and learning programs.
• Design and deliver learning solutions via videos, eLearning, ILT, job aids, portals and simulations.
• Apply design thinking to address business and user needs with measurable outcomes.
• Define objectives and development priorities with SMEs.
• Collaborate with TD team to design and develop learning products.
• Facilitate pilots and hand-off to stakeholders.
• Evaluate learning solutions for effectiveness and business impact.
• Maintain and retire learning assets.
