Job summary

Applied Intuition is hiring a learning experience designer for its Vehicle Operations team in Sunnyvale. The role translates vehicle operations, technical procedures, safety practices, and engineering knowledge into onboarding, training, certification, and performance support.

This is experience design for operators rather than a traditional product surface. The work is about making complex autonomy operations learnable, measurable, and safe for the people who have to execute them.

Qualifications

• Learning experience design, instructional design, or learning program experience.
• Strong grounding in adult learning, needs analysis, assessment, and performance-based design.
• Ability to translate complex technical and operational requirements into usable learning paths.
• Experience creating e-learning, documentation, presentations, video, and hands-on training.
• Comfort working with operators, engineers, product teams, safety teams, and subject-matter experts.
