Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to shape learning across the employee lifecycle for our Vehicle Operations team in Sunnyvale, CA.

You will translate complex operational and technical requirements into practical, scalable learning experiences, with onboarding, advanced skills, certification, and ongoing proficiency. You will collaborate with engineers, operators, and leaders, leveraging AI to personalize training and scale content.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, technical training, or learning program management.
• Strong foundation in adult learning, instructional design, needs analysis, and learning assessment.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline/Rise or similar learning-authoring tools.
• Proven ability to translate complex business, technical, and operational requirements into structured learning solutions.
• Experience developing training across multiple formats, including LMS, e-learning, documentation, and hands-on learning.
• Strong project management and execution skills with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Design Vehicle Operations learning programs that build role-specific skills and readiness from onboarding to proficiency.
• Partner with leaders, engineers, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to identify gaps and translate needs into practical learning.
• Create engaging learning experiences using instructor-led training, simulations, assessments, and performance support.
• Apply learning science to drive measurable behavior, skills, and performance outcomes.
• Leverage AI to accelerate content development and personalize learning experiences.
• Build and maintain high-quality curricula, including materials, assessments, and digital experiences.
• Measure learning effectiveness using feedback, proficiency data, and business outcomes.
