Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in adult learning, instructional design, education, organizational development, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, curriculum design, enablement, or a related field.
• A portfolio demonstrating the design of adult learning across multiple formats—inclusive of asynchronous, instructor-led, and blended experiences—with strong visual communication, digital content creation, accessibility, and practical application.
• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, behavior-change, and inclusive design practices, including ADDIE or comparable iterative design models and Universal Design for Learning principles.
• Experience partnering with subject-matter experts and stakeholders to develop learning solutions and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Proven project management and operational skills across multiple projects.
• Experience using learning management platforms and digital authoring tools (LearnUpon, Storyline, Easy Generator, Captivate, Camtasia, Google Workspace).
• Able to apply prompt design and lightweight automation within approved tools to create accurate, accessible learning content.
• Strong writing, communication, relationship-building, and influence skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end learning experience design by translating business needs into engaging learning journeys for managers, leaders, and employees across live, digital, blended formats.
• Develop high-quality, accessible learning content including materials, job aids, digital modules, and videos using adult learning and design principles.
• Use digital authoring tools and accessibility practices to create inclusive digital learning experiences (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Design and support development programs focused on manager capability, leadership, performance management, AI fluency, compliance, and career growth; partner with program owners to reinforce on-the-job learning.
• Use generative AI tools and lightweight automation to accelerate content development with guardrails for accuracy and privacy.
• Maintain learning content in LMS and platforms, supporting publishing, versioning, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
• Evaluate learning solutions via feedback, dashboards, and Kirkpatrick levels to improve impact.
• Document repeatable design practices and lessons learned to scale Talent Development work.
