Job summary

Hunter Industries is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to oversee the design and implementation of learning strategies, manage training programs, and foster employee growth. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and 8+ years of HR experience with 5+ years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities include leading the L&D team, creating strategies aligned with organizational goals, and delivering programs both virtually and in person.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant HR experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, HRIS and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Learning and Development team, including hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Create and execute learning strategies aligned with organizational goals to maximize business impact.
• Oversee design, development and delivery of training programs virtually and in person.
• Align development needs with workflow requirements to optimize productivity of team members.
• Collaborate with business managers to align learning programs with overall goals.
• Stay up to date with L&D developments and update curricula annually.
• Plan and adhere to L&D budgets.
