Job summary

Hunter Industries is seeking a Human Resources Programs Manager who designs, delivers, and improves enterprise-wide talent programs across the full talent lifecycle. You will lead a Talent Programs team and partner with L&D, Employee Relations, and HRBPs to drive scalable processes for performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 8+ years in HR, and 3+ years of supervisory experience, with COE and global exposure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in a Center of Excellence (CoE) model preferred.
• Exposure to global or matrixed organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements enterprise talent management programs to build organizational capability.
• Manages the Talent Programs team and oversees hiring, training, and performance management.
• Leads the enterprise performance management process, including goal setting and calibration.
• Drives succession planning and talent reviews with readiness criteria and high-potential identification.
• Partners with Learning & Development, Employee Relations and HR Business Partners for development frameworks.
• Develops change management efforts for talent programs with stakeholder engagement and training.
• Uses data and KPIs to measure program effectiveness and guide decisions.
• Partners with HRIS to support technology, reporting, and system enhancements.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption and effective use of talent programs.
