Hunter Industries is seeking a Learning and Development Manager who oversees the design and implementation of learning strategies, manages training programs, and fosters the growth of employees' skills and knowledge.

The role leads the Learning and Development team, partners with business leaders, delivers training virtually and in-person, evaluates program effectiveness, and ensures curricula stay current and aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, and delivery of learning programs across the organization.
• Lead Learning and Development team; hire, coach, and manage performance.
• Align learning strategies with business goals and budget to maximize impact.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update curriculum annually.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and leverage stakeholder input.
