Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources development, instructional design, education, or related field.
• Master’s degree and 5+ years related professional experience preferred.
• Specialized training in full-cycle instructional design and learning technology required.
• Experience with learning platforms and webinar tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and oversight for performance improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Lead the design, development, and evaluation of learning programs and materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs to build course content and align with strategic goals.
• Manage delivery of in-person, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Oversee budgeting and vendor relationships for learning technology.
• Ensure compliance with policies and applicable laws.
