You will conduct needs analyses, create engaging eLearning using tools like Articulate 360, and collaborate with SMEs to ensure accessibility and alignment with policies.

The role emphasizes project planning, content conversion, and ongoing improvement, with opportunities for remote work up to two days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 7 years of related experience required.
• Master's degree and 5 years related experience preferred.
• Specialized training in full-cycle instructional design and accessible learning design.

Responsibilities

• Needs assessment and performance analysis to identify learning objectives.
• Design and develop eLearning solutions with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Plan projects, define scope, timelines, and evaluation plans.
• Create design documents, storyboards, scripts, and prototypes.
• Develop learning assets including modules, simulations, and job aids.
• Apply adult learning principles and accessible design standards.
• Develop assessment tools and use feedback to improve learning design.
• Convert and enhance instructor-led content to digital formats.
• Publish and track content in the LMS and ensure AI ethics compliance.
