Responsibilities

• Lead learning and development initiatives aligned to CARF strategic plan.
• Collaborate with SMEs to analyze needs and design solutions.
• Develop/maintain design documents, objectives, and evaluation plans.
• Facilitate/train and manage eLearning and instructor-led programs.
• Oversee vendor relationships and learning technology platforms.
