Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. seeks a Learning & Development Manager to lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning strategies that strengthen employee capabilities and leadership effectiveness.

You’ll partner with HR, leaders, and cross-functional teams to build impactful programs covering performance, career growth, succession planning, and organizational success. Responsibilities include building an onboarding and leadership program roadmap, delivering diverse training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
• Proven experience designing, facilitating, and managing leadership development programs
• Strong training facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience with LMS and e-learning technologies
• Strong project management, organization, and program execution skills
• Ability to build relationships and influence leaders at all levels
• Experience measuring learning effectiveness and using data to drive improvements
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide learning and development strategy aligned with goals
• Assess skill gaps and create scalable learning solutions
• Build and maintain a structured learning roadmap for onboarding, leadership development, training, and compliance
• Design, facilitate, and evaluate leadership development programs
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to strengthen management effectiveness and succession planning
• Oversee development, delivery, and enhancement of training across formats (instructor-led, virtual, e-learning)
• Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with objectives
• Partner with leaders to support performance management and career growth
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and accountability
• Manage LMS, training records, and learning administration
• Monitor participation, completion, and compliance; track outcomes
• Establish KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness
• Analyze feedback and business indicators to improve initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on change and talent initiatives
• Stay current on L&D trends and best practices
