Job summary

CF Industries is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to design, lead, and execute enterprise-wide leadership development and learning initiatives. The role partners with HR and business leaders to translate priorities into scalable solutions and to strengthen organizational capability and readiness.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of related professional experience.
• Strong consultative, relationship-building, interpersonal and influence skills.
• Strong instructional and program design and execution skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise learning strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and create development solutions.
• Lead leadership development programs to build succession readiness and capability.
• Create and maintain enterprise learning roadmaps for future skills.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning and self-directed development.
• Support talent management: succession planning, onboarding, engagement.
• Collaborate with external vendors and coaches for best-in-class experiences.
• Evaluate trends and technologies to enhance learning offerings.
• Stay informed on industry trends in learning and talent management.
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of digital learning solutions.
• Create and curate content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, video-based learning.
• Establish success metrics and evaluation methodologies.
