Qualifications

Leadership and strategic planning required with experience directing large training programs.
Ability to design and implement scalable training curricula and leadership development initiatives.
Experience managing budgets and measuring training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Direct all activities of the Training Department, including staff and instructors.
Design and develop training programs to ensure maximum effectiveness for DTO employees.
Oversee leadership development and apprenticeship programs; manage budgets and program agendas.
Collaborate with CAO and department heads on learning initiatives and compliance.
Lead strategy development and influence senior leadership; manage LMS operations.
Conduct needs assessments, evaluate training outcomes, and maintain records and reporting.
