Job summary

InterMetro Industries Corporation is seeking a Training Manager to lead companywide learning and organizational development initiatives. You will assess training needs, design programs, manage learning systems, and partner with leaders across the organization to build capability and performance.

Responsibilities include program development, vendor management, and driving measurable training outcomes to support business objectives. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related Business discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in training, learning and development, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
• Experience leading projects, partnering with business leaders, and managing vendors or training resources preferred.
• Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems, training metrics, and tools used to design, deliver, track, and evaluate learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of companywide training and organizational development programs aligned with business priorities.
• Manages the planning, delivery, and evaluation of training programs, ensuring content, schedules, resources, and facilitators are aligned to operational needs and employee development goals.
• Oversees employee enrollment, participation tracking, training communications, and support processes for a positive learning experience.
• Partners with leaders from Product Management, Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations to identify objectives and training solutions.
• Manages relationships with external vendors, consultants, and training providers to support curriculum development and program delivery.
• Owns the Learning Management System process, including assignments, tracking, reporting, and assessments.
