Job summary

Titan Group is seeking a Manager of Training and Development to design, plan, implement, and continually improve our company learning programs across offices and field operations.

You will partner with operations, safety, HR, and business leaders to identify needs, develop practical learning solutions, and oversee delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced curricula. Significant travel and in-office presence are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational development, education, business, or related field.
• At least seven years of progressive experience in learning and development, including design, planning, and evaluation of training programs.
• Experience designing and facilitating leadership and interpersonal skill development programs.
• Experience administering an LMS or similar platform.

Responsibilities

• Establish the annual enterprise training strategy and priorities across Titan locations.
• Develop leadership development paths for foremen, superintendents, PMs, estimators, engineers, and apprentices.
• Manage the training budget and set investment priorities with company leaders.
