• Oversee and coordinate professional development and leadership programs.
• Lead the Maintenance Apprenticeship Program and coordinate with state entities.
• Identify grant opportunities to fund educational programs and initiatives.
• Determine learning objectives and instructional methods to achieve outcomes.
