Job summary

Mental Health Cooperative in Nashville is seeking a Learning & Development Lead for Enrollment and Therapy. This exempt role designs and evaluates training, develops educational initiatives, and aligns with regulatory requirements to enhance staff competencies and operational excellence.

The position collaborates with the Director of Clinical Services and enrollment/therapy teams, leading sessions, measuring outcomes, and driving continuous learning across departments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling is required.
• Active Tennessee licensure preferred (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or equivalent).
• 3–5 years' experience in training, education, enrollment, therapy services, or related healthcare roles.
• Experience developing training programs in behavioral health settings and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance staff competencies in enrollment processes and therapy services.
• Assess learning needs with leadership and develop targeted learning strategies.
• Oversee training operations, orientation, continuing education, and compliance with accreditation standards.
• Lead sessions, workshops, and evaluations to improve staff knowledge and skills.
• Monitor outcomes and drive innovative learning methodologies, including digital platforms.
