Job summary

Greater Nashua Mental Health is looking for a Director of Training to lead development and execution of staff learning and training initiatives. This role involves aligning training strategies with agency goals to support high-quality care.

Responsibilities include managing training operations, evaluating learning technologies, and coaching training staff. The ideal candidate holds a Master's and has extensive training experience.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in training, learning and development, or organizational development.
• Active New Hampshire licensure (LCMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Licensed Psychologist) required.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive training and staff development strategies.
• Evaluate and manage learning technologies and external training partners.
• Monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness and impact of training initiatives.
