Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group, based at our corporate office in Dunwoody, GA, seeks an on-site Director of Learning & Organizational Development to lead enterprise learning, leadership development, organizational development, and Team Member Experience strategy across a diverse portfolio of luxury properties.

You will partner with senior executives, shape talent development, design programs, analyze data, strengthen performance management, and grow leaders within Davidson.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Hospitality Management, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive L&D, OD, Talent Development or related experience, including enterprise programs.
• Experience designing, developing and facilitating learning content for multiple organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise Learning & Organizational Development strategy aligned with culture and business priorities.
• Assess development needs across Davidson’s portfolio of properties.
• Partner with Operations, People & Culture, Commercial, Finance to identify gaps and solutions.
• Build scalable L&D frameworks supporting Team Members throughout their careers.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve effectiveness, engagement and performance.
• Establish standards for learning design, facilitation and program effectiveness.
• Personally design and deliver training content for leaders at all levels.
• Create diverse learning formats: instructor-led, virtual, digital and blended.
