Job summary

Instructure is seeking a Strategic Learning Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You will work with project sponsors, leaders, instructional designers, and staff to optimize the use of Instructure products for instructional goals.

You will help organizations plan for change, increase product adoption, and build internal capacity to sustain use after consulting ends. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Three years of teaching or consulting experience, including experience with a digital learning environment.
• At least two years of Canvas experience, including creating engaging Canvas courses for diverse learners.
• Experience in educational leadership overseeing a team supporting a learning management system.
• Experience leading change and implementing technology in large organizations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute communication, training, and engagement plans.
• Act as an agent of change to support the organization’s vision for Instructure products.
• Use data to analyze challenges and elevate teaching and learning within the products.
• Mentor leaders, faculty, designers, and staff on Instructure products, especially Canvas, Career, and Impact.
• Plan and conduct product training and consulting sessions for client organizations.
• Follow up after sessions to monitor progress and promote success.
