Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Learning Designer to design, deliver and curate global learning experiences for client-facing associates. You’ll work with stakeholders across Talent Effectiveness and business units to boost performance and outcomes, applying instructional design principles and multi-modal formats.

You will manage content creation, collaborate with SMEs, and ensure quality and measurable impact while leveraging AI-enabled tools and LMS platforms in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of learning experience with emphasis in instructional design in a corporate environment.
• Experience designing blended learning experiences and working in the full instructional design cycle (analysis, design, development, implementation, delivery).
• Experience designing learning for client-facing or revenue-generating roles is preferred.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning experiences and multi-modal programs (e-learning, ILT, virtual environments, playbooks, etc.) for client-facing associates.
• Create interactive content using appropriate authoring systems to ensure engagement and impact.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to align experiences with learner expectations and business needs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance quality, personalization and discoverability of materials.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budget and priorities to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure content adheres to quality standards and learning outcomes.
