Job summary

Instructure is seeking an Implementation Consultant to blend project management with technical consultation, supporting customers through initiation to closure of projects, and guiding configuration tasks for SaaS platforms.

You will collaborate with clients and teams, ensure on-time delivery, identify efficiencies, and contribute to customer success through documentation, API guidance, and migration planning.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, documenting, and communicating technical solutions for SaaS ecosystems.
• Proficiency with APIs and integrating multiple applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage external stakeholders and project delivery.
• Familiarity with identity provider authentication systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for client engagements.
• Gather requirements, define project scope, and create plans and charters as needed.
• Coordinate resources, manage risks, and communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Deliver technical configuration guidance for SaaS platforms and integrations.
• Develop technical documentation and tailor updates for diverse audiences.
• Advise on API usage and data migration strategies to achieve client goals.
